LL-P series flat glass tempering furnaces

LL-P series flat glass tempering furnaces adopt several patent technologies of our company to meet with the customers’ requirement for building, domestic decoration, furniture, electrical appliance and show-case. It can temper Low-E glass.

•Energy saving, safe operation and ease of maintenance.
•Optimum flatness and outstanding optical quality of tempered glass.
•The Intelligent Control System that automatically adjusts the heating profile keeps the temperature in the furnace constant, regardless of the glass thickness. Since the system is very flexible and allows mixed production, it reduces costs and increases efficiency. The key elements of control system are from Siemens, Omron, Fuji etc.
•The heating elements made by good quality material are designed for long life, the heating elements are easy to remove.
